Greeneville Flyboys 19 – Elizabethton River Riders 4
The Flyboys traveled to Northeast Community Credit Union Ballpark on Friday evening and earned their second consecutive win over the Elizabethton River Riders. The 19-4 victory tied the record for the most runs scored by a Flyboys team since the league transitioned to a collegiate wooden-bat format six years ago.
Owen ten Oever continued his hot streak at the plate, driving in three runs with his second home run of the season and adding two singles. Nolan Behm finished with four RBIs on a double and a single, while Gabe Gray contributed two RBIs with a double and two singles.
Dillon Kirksey earned the win on the mound, scattering four hits across four innings while allowing one run and striking out four.
