Friday Night Pick'em — Official Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 16 years of age. Participants under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate and to claim any prize.
• Employees of Radio Greeneville, Inc., participating contest sponsors, and members of their immediate households are not eligible to win a prize, though they may participate.
• By entering, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements stated here.

3. How to Enter

• Each week, a new set of games is posted at greenesportszone.com/pickem. Pick the winner of every game listed, plus answer the tiebreaker question (see Section 5).
• Entries must be submitted before the posted lock time for that week. Late entries will not be accepted or scored.
• One entry per person per week. Multiple entries from the same person for the same week may be disqualified at our discretion.
• You must provide an accurate full name, email address, and cell phone number to enter. This information is used to verify your entry, contact winners, and — as described in Section 10 — to look up your own results.

4. Weekly Prize

Each week's prize will be announced along with that week's games and may vary from week to week (for example: cash, a gift card, merchandise, station swag/tickets, or a prize provided by that week's sponsor). Approximate retail value of each week's prize will be made available upon request.

5. Scoring & Tiebreaker

• One point is awarded for each correctly picked game. Games excluded from scoring under Section 8 do not count for or against any entrant.
• Each week includes one tiebreaker question: guess the total combined points that will be scored in a designated game. The tiebreaker only determines the winner among entrants tied on correct picks — it has no effect otherwise.
• The winner is the entrant with the most correctly picked games that week. If two or more entrants are tied, the entrant whose tiebreaker guess is closest to the actual combined score (over or under) wins.
• If entrants remain tied after the tiebreaker (e.g. an exact tie, or no tiebreaker guess submitted by any tied entrant), the prize will be split evenly among the tied entrants, or awarded per an alternate method announced for that week.

6. Winner Notification & Prize Claim

Winners will be contacted directly using the phone number or email address provided at entry. Winners have 14 days from the date of notification to claim their prize. A prize not claimed within this window will be forfeited and may be re-awarded or handled at RGI's discretion.

7. Corrections to Published Matchups

If a game is posted with an incorrect opponent, home/away designation, school, or other matchup detail, RGI may correct the error at any time before that week's entry deadline. If an error is discovered after the deadline and cannot reasonably be corrected without affecting entries already submitted, RGI may exclude that game from scoring for all entrants that week.

8. Game Results, Cancellations & Postponements

• RGI will use the official final score as recognized by the participating schools and/or the TSSAA. RGI has sole authority to resolve any discrepancy in reported results.
• A game not completed (or not reasonably nearing completion) by midnight on the Friday of that contest week — for example, due to weather delay — may be excluded from scoring for that week. RGI reserves the right to determine and announce that week's winner on Saturday morning based on games completed by that cutoff, even if an excluded game is later completed.

9. Results & Disputes

• Results, including the weekly winner's name, will be posted at greenesportszone.com/pickem and may also be announced on-air and on GSZ's social media and other promotional channels.
• You may look up your own results at any time using the name and phone number you entered with, at greenesportszone.com/pickem/results.php.
• Any dispute regarding posted results must be submitted to GSZ within 24 hours of the results being posted. After 24 hours, posted results are final.

10. Use of Name & Likeness

By entering, you agree that GreeneSportsZone and Radio Greeneville, Inc. may publicly use your name, and if you win, may announce that you are the winner, on-air, on greenesportszone.com, on social media, and in other promotional materials, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. Taxes

All federal, state and local taxes associated with a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. RGI may require completion of applicable tax documentation before awarding a prize.

12. Fraud & Technical Problems

RGI may disqualify any entry, and revoke any prize already awarded, that it believes in good faith involves fraud, automated or scripted submissions, use of multiple identities, tampering, manipulation of the website or scoring, or any other attempt to circumvent these rules. RGI is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical failures of any kind.

13. FCC Compliance

This contest is conducted by Radio Greeneville, Inc. in connection with its broadcast operations and is subject to applicable FCC rules governing station-conducted contests. The material terms of this contest are as stated in these Official Rules, which are available at all times during the contest period at greenesportszone.com/pickem/rules.html.

14. No Relationship to Schools

This contest is sponsored and administered by Radio Greeneville Inc. and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any participating school, school system, athletic association or football team unless specifically stated. Team, school, and game information is used for entertainment purposes only.

15. General Conditions

• RGI reserves the right to cancel or suspend this contest due to fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond its control, and to modify these rules as necessary, consistent with applicable FCC broadcast contest regulations.
• By entering, you release Radio Greeneville, Inc., GreeneSportsZone, and any contest sponsors from any liability related to participation in this contest or the awarding/use of any prize.
• These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
• These Official Rules, as published here, supersede any previous version. The decision of Radio Greeneville, Inc. station officials on any matter related to this contest is final.
