The Tusculum University women’s golf team has released its 2025 fall schedule according to head coach Hunter Chandley.

The Pioneers will play four tournaments in September and October beginning with the prestigious D2 South Regional Preview on Sep. 15-16, which will be played at the Cleveland Country Club in Cleveland, Tennessee. Lee University will serve as hosts as the field will feature some of the top talent in the region as team’s get an early look at the venue which will host the NCAA Division II South Regional in the spring.

On Sep. 22-23, Tusculum will make its annual trip to Bristol for the King Invitational. The Pioneers have played in this event in five of the last six years and won this event in 2021. Rising TU senior Reagan Padilla (Gallatin, Tenn.) won the individual medal at the 2023 King Invitational and logged an eighth-place finish at last year’s event.

Tusculum travels to the St. Simons Intercollegiate in Georgia on Oct. 6-7. St. Simons and the King and Prince Golf Club have been a fall destination for the Pioneers the last two seasons including last year as TU posted a solid fifth-place showing. The duo of Padilla and rising sophomore Maylei Hildenbrand (Greeneville, Tenn.) each posted two-10 finishes at last year’s St. Simons Intercollegiate.

TU rounds out the schedule Oct. 27-28 as Pioneers travel to the Converse Fall Invitational in Inman, South Carolina. Tusculum played in this event two years ago as the Black & Orange finished ninth.

This year’s team features four returning letter-winners from a year ago with veterans Delfin Filiz (Belfast, Northern Ireland) and Annabelle Mozingo (Jacksonville, Fla.) joining the returning duo of Padilla and Hildenbrand.

This year’s roster will also include four freshmen newcomers in Lidya Atalay (Istanbul, Turkey), Kadence Bell (Jonesborough, Tenn.), Sienna Laffitte (Puebla, Mexico) and McKenna Williams (Waynesville, N.C.).
