Women’s Golf Wraps Up Fall Season With 10th Place Finish At Converse Invitational

INMAN, S.C. — Tusculum’s Delfin Filiz shot 77 and tied for 11^th place at the weather-abbreviated Converse Fall Invitational. Due to wet course conditions, the tournament was shortened to 18 holes.

The Pioneers posted an aggregate team score of 332 and finished 10^th in the 18-team field in their final tournament of the 2025 fall season.

Belmont Abbey captured the team title with a score of 309, two shots ahead of runner-up Emmanuel. Mount Olive was third with 312, followed by North Greenville (315), UNC Pembroke (317), Coker (322), Southern Wesleyan (323), Barton (324), Auburn Montgomery (330), Tusculum, King (339), Shorter (343), Converse (344), Christian Brothers (347), North Greenville B (358) and Mars Hill (377).

Barton’s Terra Schmitt shot an even-par 72 to win medalist honors by two shots over the trio of Brenna Miller (North Greenville), Aurora Castelli (Emmanuel) and Katie Cullen (Belmont Abbey).

TU’s Maylei Hildenbrand finished 39^th with 83, Reagan Padilla was 50^th with 85, Annabelle Mozingo shot 87 and was 57^th and Kadence Ball fired a 97 to place 83^rd. Tusculum’s McKenna Williams, playing as an individual competitor, tied for 33^rd place with an 82.
