The 2025 Tusculum University men’s golf fall schedule has been announced as the Pioneers will play in four tournaments in the months of September and October.
Tusculum will play two events in South Carolina while also playing in two tournaments in Tennessee including the 31st annual Bob Dibble Memorial which the Pioneers will host in October.
TU opens the season Sep. 8-9 as the Pioneers compete at the Bearcat Fall Invitational in McCormick, South Carolina, which is being hosted by Lander University.
Tusculum will follow with the King Invitational in Bristol on Sep. 22-23 as the Pioneers will be looking to claim this event for a fourth consecutive year after sharing the title with the host Tornado in 2024. TU shot a school 36-hole record 551 at last year’s event.
The Pioneers will host the Bob Dibble Memorial, Oct. 13-14, at Graysburg Hills Golf Course in Chuckey. Last year’s event was cancelled due to the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. TU has won its home tournament in four of the last five times it has been held and 13 times overall with the last coming in 2023. The tournament is named in honor of the legendary hall of fame golf coach who passed away last February.
Tusculum will return to the Palmetto State, Oct. 27-28, for the Bearcat Fall Classic to close out the first half of the 2025-26 season. Lander hosts once again as TU played at this venue last spring where the Pioneers finished seventh in the 19-team field.
Head coach Hunter Chandley, who is entering his fourth season at the helm of the program, returns eight lettermen to go along with seven newcomers to this year’s roster.
