The Greeneville soccer team picked up a 2-0 win over Providence Academy on Tuesday.
The teams played to a 0-0 tie until the 61st minute when Kinsley Spradlen sent in a corner kick that bounced through traffic before Peyton Vaught backed it into the net.
On minute later Angelyn Diaz fired in a shot from long range for the second goal of the night.
Greeneville’s defense kept the Lady Knights out of the goal all night with keeper Callie Broyles making five key saves.
Chuckey-Doak 5, Lakeway Academy 1
The Chuckey-Doak soccer team took down Lakeway Academy 5-1 on Tuesday evening.
In the first half Caitlin Larsen scored on passes from Emera Merrill and Lindsay Rojas for a 2-1 lead.
Larsen completed her hat trick in the 47th minute with a bomb from 35 yards.
Larsen assisted Betsie Ramirez on a goal in the 42nd minute, and Kati Surber scored the final goal in the 63rd minute.
Chuckey-Doak improves to 4-2 on the year.

West Greene 3, Hampton 0
The West Greene volleyball team improved to 5-0 on Tuesday with a 3-0 win over Hampton, 25-15, 25-11, 25-8.
Sullivan East 3, Greeneville 1
The Greeneville volleyball team battled with Sullivan East on Tuesday in the District 1-AA contest but fell 3-1, 25-16, 16-25, 26-24, 30-28.
