The South Greene boys and Chuckey-Doak girls earned golf wins on Tuesday at Twin Creeks in a four-way match between the county schools.
The Rebels shot a 177 as a team and Brennan Gregg shot a 39 to earn medalist honors. Keannan Hankins shot a 40, Kameron Kinser 44 and Ben Gosnell 54.
Chuckey-Doak shot a 195 led by Knox McAmis who had a 46. Ty Shelton shot a 47, Kaleb Blankenship 50 and Gavin Murray 52.
West Greene’s was led by Thomas Cogsdell with a 43. Peyton Shelton shot a 48, Keatton Potter 52, and JT Harris 54.
North Greene shot a 214 as a team. Isaac Gaby led the Huskies with a 46, Ethan Dilks had a 48, Tyler Britton 50 and Colton Cooter 70.
In the girls match Chuckey-Doak shot an 89. Kyleigh Crawford led the way with a 43 and Harley Thompson shot a 46.
South Greene’s Khloe Laws shot a 59 and Kinley Howell shot a 63 for a team score of 122..
VOLLEYBALL
Cherokee 3, North Greene 1
The North Greene volleyball team fell to Cherokee 3-1 on Tuesday.
Josie Graham led the Lady Huskies with eight kills. Addi Dean had four digs and three serve receptions. Chloe Keys had three aces, and Cadie McDevitt and Kinlea Eastep each had two kills.

SOCCER
Gatlinburg-Pittman 1, Chuckey-Doak 0
The Chuckey-Doak soccer team fell to Gatlinburg-Pittman 1-0 on Tuesday.
It was a night that the Lady Black Knights out shot the Lady Highlanders 30-9 and controlled possession throughout, but in the 50th minute Gatlinburg’s Chloe Mejias found the decisive goal.
