District 2-AA
The District 2-AA soccer tournament was scheduled to begin Monday, May 6th in Rogersville with a play-in game between Cherokee (#4 seed) and Claiborne (#5 seed). Cherokee, however, is being declared the winner, due to Claiborne announcing a lack of player availability.
Cherokee will travel to Greeneville (#1 seed) on Tuesday, May 7th, while Grainger (#2 seed) will host Volunteer (#3 seed).
The finals of the tournament will be played on Thursday evening (May 9th) at the highest seed. All games are scheduled to start at 6:00. A complete bracket is posted below.
District 2-A
The District 2-A soccer tournament will begin Monday, May 6th with three games. University High (#4 seed) will host Cumberland Gap (#5 seed) at 6:30, Chuckey Doak (#3 seed) will host West Greene (#6 seed) at 6:00, and Pigeon Forge (#2 seed) hosts Cosby at 6:00.
Semi-final action will take place on Wednesday, May 8th, as the University High/Cumberland Gap winner will travel to Gatlinburg Pittman (#1 seed) and the winners from the Chuckey Doak/West Greene and Pigeon Forge/Cosby matches will convene at the higher seed. Both semi-final games are set to kick off at 6:00.
The finals are slated for Friday, May 10th at 6:00.
