Game 1: The Rebel/Knights jumped out to a commanding 7-1 lead behind Blake Cox’s 243, Peyton Murphy’s 209, Gavin Murray’s 202, and Evan Stills’ 201. Dante Smith paced the Greene Devils with a 187, while Jon Gilbert chipped in with a 175.
Game 2: The Rebel/Knights continued to pull away with another 7-1 decision as Stills continued with the hot hand rolling a 212, while Murray wasn’t far behind with his second 202. Evan Litchfield’s 173 was the top Greene Devil score, while Smith finished with a 172 and Gilbert a 171.
Baker Games: Chuckey Doak took both games 180-128 and 168-100.
Girls: Chuckey Doak/South Greene 16 – Greeneville 11
Game 1: The Rebel/Knights took 4 individual wins, paced by Sara Shrey-Wirtz’s 140 and a 129 from Stephanie Thornburg and Ava Pincombe. The Lady Devils took 2 individual wins and tied the match up at 4-4 by virtue of winning the pin total (734-690). Addison Phillps led the way with a 161, followed by Bethanie Bryant’s 133.
Game 2: The Lady Devils flipped the switch in the second game and took 4 individual wins behind Bryant’s 138, Phillips’ 133, and Gwendolyn Marion’s 131. The Rebel/Knights, however, rebounded behind Taylor Rowe’s 182, Wirtz’s 142, and Pincombe’s 135 to knot the match up by outscoring the Lady Devils 798-733.
Bake Games: Both teams split this portion of the match with the Rebel Knights taking the first game 187-110 and the Lady Devils taking the second 125-116.
