GREENEVILLE, Tenn. — The Tusculum University football program has received 26 commitments so far following Wednesday’s National Signing Day.
TU head coach Billy Taylor and his staff have received commitments from some outstanding student-athletes from six different states including: Tennessee (9), Ohio (6), Florida (5), Georgia (3), Alabama (1) and North Carolina (1). TU also signed a student-athlete from Kenya via Virginia.
Of the 26, four are transfers from three NCAA Division I programs including ETSU, Arkansas State and Florida Atlantic.
Of Wednesday’s commitments, seven positions were represented including: defensive back (7), offensive line (6), linebacker (4), defensive line (3), athlete 3), running back (2) and tight end (1).
