The GHS boys and girls tennis swept their second consecutive opponent in a row, beating Cocke County 9-0 in both matches. The win was a great gift for Coach David Weems on his birthday.
Abi Kate Moore won a tie-breaker 7-4 to preserve the shutout, while Emma Waddell, Emma Sauceman, Maggie Morelock, Kiley Scott, and Jorja Ward all won their individual matches. Doubles Waddell/Sauceman and Morelock/Scott shut out their opponents, while Moore and Brylee Catron won their match 8-1.

The Greene Devils Boys recorded three shutouts in their singles matches. Jackson Weems, Nick Thomas, and Dominic Tweed all won 8-0. And the boys doubles teams of Weems/Tweed, Thomas and Ace Patel, and Jack Lampe and Isaac McGill all won 8-0.
