Lady Rebels Sectional Champs, Several Athletes Advance To State

Maryville, Tenn – In a thrilling showcase of athleticism and determination, the South Greene girls’ track and field team soared to victory, clinching the sectional championship title and securing their spots in the upcoming state tournament. With top performances across various events, the Lady Rebels showcased their talent and teamwork, earning them accolades and setting new school records along the way.  West Greene’s, Abbey Cox, advances to her 4th straight State Tournament in Shot Put and Discus.  Chuckey-Doak, South Greene, and West Greene competed with the top two finishers earning automatic qualifying spots into the State Tournament and several at-large bids are still hopeful for several local athletes.  Below are the results for all three high schools.

SOUTH GREENE HIGH SCHOOL

Automatic Qualifiers

The team showcased their prowess in various events, with several athletes securing automatic qualification to the state championships:
