The Greeneville football team finished out the regular season by putting a beatdown on Elizabethton that had not been bettered in 100 years. Quarterback Caden Baugh was a big reason the Greene Devils were able to score with such frequency against their arch rivals, and for that he has been named the Greene Sports Zone Player Of The Week.
Through the air Baugh was 9-of-10 passing for 208 yards and three touchdowns. He had an 80-yard touchdown pass to Cole Franklin, a 55-yard touchdown pass to Zaydyn Anderson and a 29-yard touchdown pass to Taren Claridy. On the ground Baugh ran 11 times for 127 yards with a 26-yard touchdown run. He did all of that in the first half.
