West Greene And South Greene Split Conference Match Up

West Greene and South Greene clashed for an in county and district tennis match Thursday evening. The South Greene Lady Rebels prevail 6-3 and the West Greene Buffs defeat South Greene 6-3.

On the girls’ side, the South Greene Lady Rebels demonstrated their prowess early on, despite West Greene opening strong with a win in doubles. Ryleigh Gregg and Ari Hoese swiftly secured victories in singles matches, bolstering South Greene’s lead to 4-1. Megan Hinkle remained unbeaten on the season with a win at number 3 singles for the Lady Buffs, but it was not enough as Macey Waddell’s decisive win over Courtney Hinkle sealed the deal for the Lady Rebels, ultimately claiming a 6-3 victory over their rivals.
